US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and UK customers should expect 7–14 days depending on customs. The canvas ships in rigid tube packaging — we don't fold them, ever, which sounds obvious but apparently isn't industry-standard. Keep the piece out of direct sunlight if you can; the UV coating handles ambient light fine but sustained direct sun will eventually shift warm tones on any canvas, ours included.
