It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is Your Family Ready to Be Immortalized in Medieval Glamour?

This portrait is tailor-made for families who bond over epic tales and cherish the enchantment of medieval history. It's an ideal gift for parents who enjoy storytelling or families with kids who dream of knighthood adventures. If you're looking for a minimalist or modern aesthetic, this might not be your scene.

How Do We Craft a Knightly Family Adventure from Your Photo?

Our process begins with your photo, which we enhance using AI to craft faces into the story. Artists meticulously refine each image to perfect the armor and setting before printing on museum-grade canvas. We reject 1 in 12 creations to ensure only the highest-quality portraits make it to your walls.

Why Choose Our Knight Portrait Over a Regular Print?

Unlike generic canvas art, each piece is a one-of-a-kind blend of technology and artistry. Faces and themes are yours alone, ensuring a personalized experience that's as much a conversation starter as it is a reflection of your family's epic tale.
