I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

What Pet Owners Go for the Graffiti Look?

Perfect for owners of dogs who have that city swag and charm, this portrait is a great fit for anyone who loves a little edge in their decor. It pairs brilliantly with loft apartments or modern homes with a flair for the unusual. Not for those seeking traditional or soft pastel pet portraits, though!

How We Create Your Dog’s Graffiti Portrait

It starts with you uploading a clear photo of your dog. Our process combines AI facial recognition with artistic touch-ups from our artists to bring your pet’s personality into the vibrant graffiti world. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each piece has the attitude to match your dog—though we do have to scrap about 1 in every 12 drafts when the face doesn’t pop as we’d like.

Why Choose Our Graffiti Portrait Over Others?

Unlike standard portrait canvases, each graffiti dog portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation, designed to capture the essence and personality of your pet. We update our themes every 6 months to keep what we offer feeling fresh and exclusive.
