It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which scholars deserve this personalized tribute?

This portrait is perfect for professors retiring, recent PhD graduates beaming with pride, and scholars celebrating significant anniversaries in academia. It's not for those who prefer generic stock art lacks a personal touch or those looking for an understated celebration.

What's involved in crafting this academic masterpiece?

We start with your chosen photo, transforming it through AI-enhanced face swapping, followed by our artists' careful refinement to ensure each detail—from the tassel of the cap to the pages of the books—embodies the gravitas of achievement. We discard about 1 in 12 creations to uphold this quality standard.
