You upload a photo — ideally a clear head-and-shoulders shot, though we work with what we get. Our system uses a trained face-mapping model to place your graduate's likeness into the graduation scene composition: cap, gown, dramatic lighting, the whole thing. We discard roughly 1 in 12 generations internally when the face doesn't lock properly — meaning the proportions drift or the expression reads off — before it ever reaches our artist refinement queue. From there, a human artist checks color balance, sharpens details around the eyes and hairline (where the model tends to soften), and signs off on the final file. That file gets printed on a 400gsm poly-cotton canvas, stretched over a 1.5-inch kiln-dried pine frame, and inspected before packaging. The whole production window, start to finish, is typically 2–3 business days before it ships.

US orders ship in 5–7 business days after production (typically 2–3 business days). EU and UK customers should expect 7–14 business days depending on customs. The canvas itself needs almost no maintenance — no glass to clean, no UV coating to reapply. Just keep it out of direct sustained sunlight and away from high-humidity rooms like bathrooms; the frame can warp. If your portrait arrives damaged or you're not satisfied for any reason, we have a 60-day satisfaction policy — contact us and we'll reprint or refund, no argument.
