I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Charge Forward with a Regal Hero's Portrait

Transform your cherished photo into a regal portrayal that honors a police officer's service and dedication. This portrait captures the essence of heroism with meticulously detailed uniform elements and the inspiring presence of the American flag in the backdrop.

The dramatic lighting and refined artwork convey a sense of dignity and strength, making it the ideal tribute to the hero in your life. This museum-quality canvas commands respect and admiration, perfect for a living room or study.

TL;DR: A single-man portrait celebrating police officers, showcasing their heroism on a museum-quality canvas. Perfect for any police professional in your life.

Is this regal police tribute right for your hero?

This portrait is tailor-made for current police officers, proud retirees, and even those just starting out in law enforcement. It beautifully captures their commitment and bravery. Honestly, it might not be the best fit for someone who's never worn a badge or walks a different path in public service.

How do we create this police hero masterpiece?

We start with your photo and use AI to expertly swap the face onto the regal body. Then, an artist fine-tunes the image to highlight every detail, ensuring it meets our high standards before a final touch of museum-grade canvas printing. About 1 in 12 portraits don't make the cut due to various factors, like lighting mismatches.

What sets this regal police portrait apart?

Unlike generic portraits, this one is uniquely yours, with custom details to match authentic police regalia. We retire each theme after six months to ensure exclusivity, making it a rare keepsake that reflects true heroism.
