I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Service with a Commanding Canvas

We've listened—it's not just about an image; it's about capturing the essence of a hero. The Heroic Police Officer Canvas, each rendered with the backdrop of the revered American flag, celebrates bravery and dedication. Whether it hangs in an office or a home, this portrait commands respect.

Imagine this: a police officer in their element, portrayed with valor and dignity. Perfect for gifting on retirement or anniversaries, it's a reminder of service every time they pass by.

TL;DR: Transform a cherished photo into a heroic police officer canvas. Ideal for officers, retired personnel, or occasions celebrating law enforcement dedication.

Is This Portrait Perfect for Your Favorite Officer?

This portrait suits active officers, recently retired law enforcement professionals, and families wishing to commemorate a loved one's dedication to service. Not recommended if you're seeking a generic art piece; this requires a photo of significance.

Turning Your Photos into Heroic Tributes

It starts with you uploading a photo. Our AI generates a digital rendering, setting the stage for an artist's touch. About 1 in 12 gains a second look from our team—preserving only the strongest facial likenesses. Maya Chen, our head of production, ensures every background amplifies heroism.

Why Choose Our Police Canvas Over Other Art?

Unlike ordinary prints, this isn't stock art. It's uniquely yours, representing a real life of service, with a flag backdrop symbolizing national pride. Each theme is retired after six months, maintaining exclusivity and personalization.
