I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Journey of Creation: How We Craft Your Fantasy

Once you've uploaded your perfect photo, our process kicks into gear: first, AI technology maps your features into a stunning fantasy scene. Then, our artists refine this initial creation by hand. Our head of production, Maya Chen, confirms that about 1 in 12 creations don't make the final cut, ensuring only the best quality arrives at your door on museum-quality canvas.

What Sets Our Fantasy Forest Canvas Apart?

Unlike mass-produced prints, each portrait is entirely unique, reflecting your individuality in a mystical setting. We retire each theme within six months to maintain exclusivity, making your portrait not just another piece of art, but a rare masterpiece.
