It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This product turns your photo into an enchanted forest scene on a museum-quality canvas, ideal for fantasy lovers and daydreamers who appreciate a touch of magic.

Who Shines in an Enchanted Portrait?

The Enchanted Forest Portrait speaks to those who live in the world of imagination—women who find joy flipping through pages of fairy tales, and those captivated by mystical realms. It's perfect for anyone celebrating a personal milestone or seeking something outside the ordinary.

However, if you aren't keen on whimsical escapades or lean towards minimalism, this might not be your best pick.

Weaving Enchantment: The Craft Journey

The process begins with your photograph, which is digitally transformed into a fantasy scene using advanced face-swap AI. Artists then refine details by hand, ensuring every stroke on this enchanted backdrop echoes quality and uniqueness. Around 1 in 10 drafts are revised to perfect the magic before printing on museum-grade canvas.

What Sets This Fantasy Portrait Apart?

This is more than a regular print; it's a personalized fantasy world reserved just for you. Unlike ordinary fantasy art, our designs are exclusive, retiring after a few months to maintain their rarity and uniqueness.
