I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring His Fantasy Warrior to Life

Step into a realm where he's the hero of his own epic. Picture glowing mountaintops, the rustle of armor, and the gleam of a battle-ready sword — these elements merge to craft your personalized warrior portrait.

Ideal for those who spend their nights lost in legendary tales and weekends at the archery range or Renaissance fairs, this isn't a gift for the faint-hearted daydreamer.

TL;DR: This is the perfect portrait for the man who dreams of being a heroic figure in his own legendary tale. A canvas crafted for anniversaries, birthdays, or the brave heart who loves fantasy and adventure.

Who Thrives as a Fantasy Knight?

This masterpiece suits those who see themselves as fearless adventurers — maybe your gamer boyfriend fascinated by elder legends, or your dad reminiscing about tales of yore. Not so fitting if he's never heard of Mordor or can't name a single Tolkien character.

The Alchemy Behind Your Warrior Portrait

Your journey begins with uploading a clear photo. Our AI sets the groundwork by blending fantasy elements with real personas, then our artists meticulously refine every detail, ensuring every knightly feature stands out. Fun fact: about 1 in 12 creations don't make the cut, ensuring only the best art reaches you.

What Sets Our Fantasy Portraits Apart?

Unlike mass-produced fantasy art, our portraits integrate your subject's likeness into a customized scene, retiring each theme after six months to maintain exclusivity. This is a personal saga, not a print run.
