I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Fantasy Romance to Life on Canvas

Imagine you and your partner enveloped in the enchantment of a mystical forest, captured on a canvas that transforms your favorite photo into a land where dreams meet reality. From crowns to flowing robes, every element whispers magic and romance.

This canvas is perfect for couples who cherish fairy tales and wish to immortalize their love in a uniquely magical setting. It's not another generic wall piece—it's a testament to your own epic love story.

TL;DR: Crafted for couples who dream in magic and fairy tales, this Custom Fantasy Couple Portrait places you in a romantic forest scene. Ideal for engagements and anniversaries.

Is a Fantasy Portrait Right for Us?

Perfect for couples infatuated with fairy tales, whether celebrating a 10th anniversary or planning a magical engagement display. If you're dreaming of a tasteful fusion of magic and romance, this one's for you. Not the best if your decor leans towards modern minimalism—magic demands drama!

How Do You Create Our Magical Portrait?

We start with your photo, run it through an AI for face integration and theme adaption, and then our artists refine every magical detail. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 initial renders are discarded due to poor face engagement—an overlooked detail for precise artistry.

How Is This Fantasy Portrait Unique?

Unlike stock fantasy prints, this canvas is a one-of-one—featuring your faces in a romantic setting. Our themes are retired every six months, ensuring you'll own a rare piece not available to the masses.
