I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Generations on a Timeless Canvas

Imagine your family's story told through the warm hues of a cozy home setting. This Custom Family Portrait features soft lighting and natural flowers, bringing a sense of serenity and unity that transcends generations.

Perfect for family gatherings, this canvas speaks to those who appreciate tradition and shared memories, making it an heirloom to cherish.

TL;DR: A bespoke canvas capturing multi-generational family bonds in a serene, cozy setting — ideal for commemorating family milestones and legacies.

Is this canvas the right fit for your family legacy?

This custom portrait is for families proud of their multi-generational heritage, ideal for matriarchs wanting to celebrate their extensive lineage. Not exactly a fit for minimalist interiors or those seeking single-subject art.

What goes into crafting your family portrait?

Your family portrait begins with your photo upload, transformed by our AI into a serene setting. Our artist refines this further to achieve a warm, nuanced look. We discard roughly 1 in 12 iterations to ensure the faces fit perfectly. The final piece is printed on museum-quality canvas, conveying the essence of family ties.

What sets our family portraits apart from others?

Unlike the generic prints sold elsewhere, this portrait offers a personalized touch with a serene, cozy setting that turns it into a family heirloom. We retire themes every six months ensuring your artwork remains unique and meaningful for your legacy.
