It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

How We Create Your Egyptian Masterpiece

Your journey begins with uploading a clear photo. Our advanced AI conducts a precise face-swap, and then our artists add fine detailing. After refining the entire portrait, we print it on museum-quality canvas. Note: About 1 in 12 images are retaken to ensure the Egyptian crown's fit is perfect.

What Sets This Egyptian Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic canvas pieces, each Egyptian Woman Portrait is a one-of-one original. These themes retire every 6 months, maintaining their rarity and exclusivity. The personalized crown and jewelry accents ensure no two are alike.
