It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Infuse Your Canvas with New Year Festivity

Imagine your family encircled by vibrant red lanterns and the elegance of Chinese calligraphy, set against the backdrop of Lunar New Year celebrations. This Custom Cultural Family Portrait is more than just a photo—it's a keepsake that embraces your heritage.

The rich palette of red and gold, accented with delicate cherry blossoms, captures the warmth of family togetherness during the festive season. For families with deep-rooted traditions, this piece offers a tangible way to honor your cultural story.

TL;DR: This portrait transforms your family photo into a Lunar New Year masterpiece, complete with traditional elements like lanterns and cherry blossoms. Ideal for families celebrating their Asian heritage.

Who will cherish a Lunar New Year portrait?

This portrait suits families celebrating their Asian heritage, looking to immortalize their cultural festive spirit. Perfect for those who host Lunar New Year gatherings, it's a thoughtful nod to tradition. However, it might not be best for those preferring minimalist décor without bold cultural themes.

How we craft your festive legacy

Our process begins with your uploaded family photo, which undergoes an AI-driven face-swap to incorporate Lunar New Year elements. Our artists then refine the design, rejecting about 1 in 12 attempts to ensure top quality. The result is printed on a museum-quality canvas, guaranteed to shine in your home.

Why choose our Lunar New Year portrait?

Unlike generic canvas prints that can't capture the essence of traditions, this portrait integrates cultural motifs like golden bowls and traditional calligraphy, creating a personal artwork exclusive to your family. Each theme retires after six months, keeping your art unique.
