Once your order ships, US customers get it in 5-7 business days; UK and EU runs 7-14 days; Australia is usually 8-14. We use tracked shipping on every order — you'll get a tracking link the day it leaves our facility. For care: keep the canvas out of direct sunlight if you can (UV inks are rated for 75 years, but no reason to stress them), and wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth rather than anything wet. If for any reason you're not happy — portrait looks wrong, canvas arrived damaged, the face didn't map the way you expected — contact us within 60 days and we'll reprint or refund, no interrogation required. That policy covers the canvas, the print quality, and the likeness. It does not cover 'I changed my mind about the theme' after approving the preview, which is fair.
