I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Western Spirit in Timeless Style

Ever wondered what you'd look like with a cowboy hat under the wide, open skies of the Old West? Our Custom Cowboy Portrait turns your photo into a wild west masterpiece, complete with authentic western gear and desert sunsets. It's not just a canvas—it's your personal legend.

Perfect for anyone who's ever felt the call of the frontier, this artwork brings the authentic grit and heroism of cowboy culture right into your living room. Suitable for a lonely wall yearning for a tale of adventure, especially if western movies line your Blu-ray shelf.

TL;DR: Turn your photo into a custom Cowboy Portrait, perfect for the western dreamer. Ideal for those aged 35+ with a love for western tales or as a unique birthday or retirement gift.

Who's Got What It Takes to Be a Cowboy?

This portrait suits men aged 35+ who have a nostalgia for western films, or perhaps those celebrating a significant life milestone such as retirement. If your dad idolized John Wayne, this gift will hit home. But, it's not for those who dislike rustic aesthetics or don't appreciate cowboy lore.

How Do We Turn You into a Cowboy Legend?

Upload your photo, and we use AI to enhance it with classical western elements like cowboy hats and rugged landscapes. Our artists refine this draft for flawless accuracy. Note: About 1 in 12 drafts require a redo to ensure the face aligns perfectly with the theme. Finished on museum-quality canvas, it holds a story you can see and touch.

What Sets This Apart from Your Average Cowboy Print?

Unlike generic western prints, each portrait is limited edition—only available for a short time before we archive the theme. Your face becomes part of a singular story, not just another face in a stock image crowd.
