I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Dog into the Holiday Spirit

Wrap your pet in the cozy embrace of the holiday season with our custom Christmas Dog Portrait. Imagine your furry friend nestled by a warm, glowing fireplace, under a twinkling tree, sporting a jolly Santa hat. It's the festive detail that turns any room into a merry retreat.

We've tailored this specifically for dog parents who revel in giving their pets the spotlight during the holidays. Lush reds and greens embody the season's spirit, making it an eye-catching centerpiece above the mantel or even in the hallway, reminding everyone of the joy dogs bring to Christmas.

TL;DR: A custom Christmas portrait of your dog, perfect for dog lovers who want a festive canvas capturing holiday cheer. Great for cozy homes and as a standout Christmas décor.

Who turns their pup into a Christmas masterpiece?

This is ideal for dog moms and dads who see their pup as part of the family festivities. If your hearts melt at the sight of your dog prancing in Christmas pajamas, this is for you. Honestly, if dogs jumping on the furniture aren't allowed, this likely isn't your choice of décor.

How we capture your dog's Christmas whimsy

The magic begins when you upload your favorite dog photo. Our AI precisely captures the unique essence of their face before handing it over to our artists for refinement, bringing out every fur detail. Our head of production, Maya Chen, insists on perfection, discarding 1 in 12 generations that don't meet our standards. Every piece then reaches your doorstep printed on a museum-grade canvas.

Why this Christmas portrait sparkles with uniqueness

Unlike generic holiday prints, this piece is uniquely yours with a combination of AI face-swap technology and artist touch-ups. Plus, we ensure each theme retires after six months, keeping your artwork exclusive and not just another Christmas décor item.
