It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let Your Son Shine as a Holiday Elf

This isn't just any portrait; it's your son's holiday alter ego captured as a delightful elf. Imagine his joyful face surrounded by snow-dusted pines and the warm glow of Christmas lights. The colors capture the spirit of the season — deep greens, bright reds, and a touch of golden sparkle that resonates with holiday cheer.

Our portrait does more than reflect his image; it casts him in the role of a lifetime, a Christmas memory in the making. For every child who dreams of Santa's workshop and the magic it promises, this portrait is a keepsake for both the child and the grown-up he will become.

TL;DR: This portrait transforms your son's photo into a festive elf in a magical Christmas setting. Perfect for parents seeking a unique seasonal keepsake.

Is this Christmas Elf Portrait Ideal for Your Son?

This portrait is perfect for parents wanting to capture their son's joy and imagination in a festive, playful way. It attracts parents who celebrate Christmas with glee and love seeing their little ones play the elf role. If your child is shy about photoshoots or doesn't have that Christmas sparkle, this might not be the ideal gift.

Crafting Your Son's Holiday Portrait

Our artists turn your child's photo into a canvas masterpiece starting with an AI-driven face transformation. It gets refined artistically to ensure only the best captures his look. We reject about 1 in 12 drafts to ensure each face seamlessly matches the background magic. The result is printed on a richly-textured museum canvas that boasts longevity.

Why Choose This Festive Elf Over Regular Portraits?

Unlike generic prints, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind piece that features your son in a limited-edition theme. We retire each theme after a season, ensuring your portrait remains rare and cherished, unlike mass-produced alternatives.
