It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capturing Love in Candlelit Baroque Style

Step into an era of opulence and romance with our Baroque Candlelit Portrait. Picture the glow of candlelight highlighting the ornate details of flowing gowns and jeweled embellishments, set against a backdrop of lush florals. This piece isn't just art; it's an escape into a world of elegance.

Perfect for couples who appreciate the grandeur of the Baroque era, this portrait captures intimacy in a lavish setting. It's more than a gift; it's a statement of timeless love, ideal for anniversaries or as a unique engagement keepsake.

TL;DR: Transform your favorite couple photo into a Baroque masterpiece illuminated by candlelight. Ideal for anniversaries or engagements, it's for those who cherish timeless elegance and romantic settings.

Who will truly appreciate a candlelit Baroque portrait?

This portrait is tailor-made for couples who revel in old-world romance — imagine celebrating a 10th anniversary or engagement with this piece on the wall. It's also a fantastic gift for art enthusiasts who have a keen eye for Baroque aesthetics and details. If your home decor leans minimalistic or modern, this probably isn't the right fit.

Creating your candlelit masterpiece in Baroque fashion.

The process begins with your photo, which undergoes an AI transformation to capture Baroque elements. Our artists then refine each detail, ensuring authenticity and quality. Approximately 1 in 12 AI generations might not meet our standards and are subsequently discarded, assuring you receive only the finest version. Finally, your portrait is printed on museum-quality canvas for a lasting impression.

Why choose this Baroque portrait over others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each Baroque Candlelit Portrait is a custom, one-of-one creation. The authenticity lies not only in the hand-finished details but also in the exclusivity of retiring themes every six months, ensuring your piece remains uniquely yours.
