It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting Your Aztec Identity

Once you upload your photo, our process involves an initial AI transformation that morphs your likeness into a warrior avatar. Not every image fits the theme perfectly, so we discard about 1 in 12 generations where the face doesn't align. Our artists then refine the details, ensuring every feather and shadow matches the artwork's majestic theme.

How Does Our Aztec Art Stand Out?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Aztec Warrior Portrait offers a one-of-one experience. It features your likeness as an iconic figure, all cloaked in the richness of Aztec cultural symbols. And to preserve its rarity, this theme retires after a limited run, making it a truly special piece.
