Canvas arrives rolled in a protective tube or flat-packed depending on size. Hang away from direct sunlight and humidity — archival inks hold up well but no canvas loves a south-facing window. If anything's wrong with your order within 60 days of delivery, we'll reprint or refund, no hoop-jumping required. We've had one main complaint pattern worth flagging: low-resolution photos sometimes produce faces that look soft on larger sizes.
