I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Moments Into Timeless Art

Cherish life's special moments with our Premium Portrait Custom Canvas. This isn't your average wall décor; it's a personal keepsake that captures the essence of your memorable occasions. Imagine a masterful piece where your favorite photograph becomes a museum-quality artwork.

From birthdays to anniversaries, this canvas suits all special events. With rich, vibrant colors, each portrait is designed to evoke emotion and create a stunning visual impact. Unlike flowers or other forgetful gifts, this canvas tells your unique story in a way words cannot.

TL;DR: This custom canvas transforms your cherished photo into timeless art, making it an ideal gift for birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries. Perfect for anyone who values personalized and meaningful décor.

Who Loves This Personalized Canvas Gift?

This canvas is perfect for those celebrating significant milestones like weddings or 50th birthdays. It's also a hit for moms who adore personalized home décor. It might not appeal to someone looking for a quick, off-the-shelf gift without personalization.

How Do We Craft Your Unique Canvas?

First, you upload your chosen photo. Our technology performs an AI face-swap, laying the groundwork for our artists. They refine these details to ensure likeness and emotion are perfectly captured. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 generations to maintain quality. Once ready, it's printed on a stunning museum canvas.

Why Choose Our Canvas Over Others?

Unlike typical off-the-shelf canvases, our product is one-of-a-kind. Your photo is exclusively transformed into art, making each canvas an irreplaceable keepsake. And while usual prints fade over time, ours are built to last, capturing vivid details you'd usually find in a gallery.
