It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Grandma with an Old-West Twist

Transport your beloved grandma to the Old West with our Most Wanted Grandma Custom Portrait. This unique product captures the spirit of adventure and nostalgia, turning a cherished photo into a timeless tribute to the wild days of yore. Each portrait is a work of art, from the iconic sepia tones to the vintage poster details.

Whether she's a fan of classic Westerns or just loves a playful take on her personality, this canvas infuses homes with warmth and humor. Picture her face framed by rustic wood in the living room, sparking conversations and laughter with every admiring glance.

TL;DR: The Most Wanted Grandma Custom Portrait turns your grandma into a legendary Western figure. Ideal for those who appreciate humor and nostalgia, especially fans of the Old West.

Which grandmas deserve a spot on the Wanted wall?

This portrait suits grandmas who revel in a good laugh and love the classic Western vibe. Perfect for families who light up movie nights with Westerns or those planning a themed party. It probably won't fit the bill for those who prefer delicate or traditional portraits.

How do we wrangle Grandma into the Old West?

We start by digitally transforming a photo of your grandma into an AI-generated Western poster. Our team, led by Maya Chen, meticulously refines the portrait, preserving quirks and expressions. We discard about 1 in 10 renders to ensure the face achieves that iconic 'Wanted' look. Printed on museum-grade canvas, it's made to last.

Why does this Wanted Poster stand out?

Unlike mass-produced canvas prints, your grandma's portrait is uniquely hers — no two Wanted Posters are alike. We retire each theme after six months to ensure exclusivity, making this a rare, personalized piece that you won't see duplicated elsewhere.
