I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

With vivid electric blues and hauntingly detailed backgrounds, your photo takes on a life of its own. Ideal for celebrating love that's as electrifying as it is enduring.

TL;DR: This Electric Gothic Monster Couple Portrait electrifies cherished photos with a horror twist. Perfect for fans of gothic romance and classic horror films celebrating unconventional love. Not ideal for those who shy from the eerie or prefer softer themes.

Which couples embrace their inner gothic monsters?

Perfect for couples who revel in gothic romance and are enchanted by horror classics. It's also a hit with partners who share a quirky sense of humor. Avoid if the recipient prefers more traditional or lighthearted depictions.

How we electrify your reunion from photo to canvas

Once you upload your desired photo, our AI tools perform precise face-swapping to transport you into the gothic world. Then, real artists enhance the details, making it canvas-worthy. About 1 in 12 profiles are re-generated due to non-compatible poses, ensuring top quality before it hits the canvas.

Why is this gothic twist perfect for horror lovers?

Unlike typical portrait prints, our Electric Gothic Monster delivers a chillingly customized experience by weaving personal likenesses into intricate horror-themed designs. Electric tones and a commitment to exclusive runs mean you'll own a one-of-kind piece that stands out.
