I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Become the Viking warrior you are—your photo turned into a powerful canvas portrait complete with iconic shield and sword. Crafted for fierce women who celebrate strength.

Who truly embodies the Viking spirit?

This portrait is ideal for adventurous women who love Viking culture—from history buffs to fantasy fans. It's an empowering gift for birthdays, career milestones, or personal achievements. However, it may not suit those who prefer minimalism or contemporary themes.

What goes into crafting your Viking persona?

The process is straightforward yet meticulous—upload your photo, and we use AI to blend your features into a Viking template. Each portrait receives a unique touch from our artists for lifelike authenticity. Admittedly, about 1 in 12 iterations don't capture the essence, so we discard and refine until it's perfect.

Why is this Viking portrait a saga above the rest?

Unlike generic pre-made canvases, this portrait ensures you're the leading character in your own mythos with unparalleled personalization. We retire themes every six months, maintaining their rarity and exclusivity in the realm of Viking lore.
