I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Norse Saga Together

Step into the world of mighty Norse warriors with a custom Viking couple portrait. This isn't just an artwork—it's a celebration of your epic love, perfect for those who daydream about legendary sagas and voyages across the seven seas.

Patchwork of steel armor, fierce windswept hair, and a backdrop worthy of a fjord—your photo takes on an iconic, mythological twist rooted in the valor and romance of Viking tales.

TL;DR: A personalized canvas that reimagines your photo into Norse mythology — ideal for couples entrenched in Viking lore and seeking an adventurous keepsake.

Which couples are styled for a Norse saga?

Are you and your partner fascinated by Viking history and mythology? This art piece is for adventurous couples who want to see themselves as Norse legends. If soft pastel and modern themes suit you better, perhaps our Royal Portrait is a softer fit.

How is your Viking adventure crafted?

Your adventure starts with your photo upload, followed by AI-powered face-swapping to land the Viking visage. Then, our artists' hand-refinement brings authenticity, often discarding 1 in 12 drafts to ensure precise facial alignment. Finally, your masterpiece is printed on a museum-quality canvas.

How is this canvas different from others?

Unlike generic prints, your Viking canvas remains truly one-of-one. Once a theme retires, no replica is ever made, ensuring your art stays rare—just like your love story. This exclusivity sets us apart in the realm of personalized gifts.
