I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Will Love a Viking Couple Portrait?

Perfect for couples who find joy in Viking lore, rugged landscapes, and adventurous tales, this portrait is ideal for history buffs and fantasy enthusiasts. It may not suit those leaning towards modern aesthetics or abstract art lovers.

How Are These Viking Masterpieces Created?

Our process starts with your photo, using advanced AI to match your features seamlessly into Viking avatars. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each piece is artistically refined. We reject about 1 in 12 generations that don't meet our standards. Finally, it's hand-stretched onto a museum-grade canvas for a timeless finish.

Why Choose This Viking Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic canvases, this portrait is uniquely yours. We retire themes biannually to keep your saga rare. Viking elements like authentic armor and weaponry add a touch of history that off-the-shelf prints can't provide.
