I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Love into a Viking Epic

Step into the world of legendary Norse warriors with our Custom Viking Couple Portrait. Imagine you and your partner standing fierce, clad in authentic Viking armor and holding intricately designed shields, reminiscent of ancient battles. The striking detail doesn't end at the costumes; think intricately braided hair and the look of determination that could only come from seasoned shield-bearers.

This isn't just art — it's a window into a world where your relationship is an unbreakable force. Perfect for couples who resonate with history, adventure, and the compelling strength of shared journeys. Ideal for anniversaries, or simply for those times when an ordinary gift just won't do.

TL;DR: Unleash the warrior within with a Custom Viking Couple Portrait, ideal for partners who revel in adventure and history. Made for anniversaries or unforgettable moments.

Which couples suit the Viking vibe?

Perfect for couples who see themselves as modern-day warriors, history enthusiasts, and those who want to commemorate their relationship in a truly unique fashion. If you and your partner love nothing more than exploring the grit and grandeur of the past, this theme captures that spirit.

However, this isn't the best fit for those preferring a more contemporary or understated portrayal. Also, consider the Viking Warrior Portrait if you seek a solo heroic representation.

How is your Viking vision crafted?

Your journey begins with the photo you upload. Each image undergoes an AI-assisted transformation, face-swapping you and your partner into a carefully curated Viking scene. But we don't stop there; our artists refine these digital canvases, adding depth and drama. It's worth noting, we discard 1 in 12 creations to ensure every canvas captures that legendary aura — no compromises.

What sets this Viking portrait apart?

Unlike off-the-shelf canvas prints, each of our Viking Couple Portraits is a bona fide original. How? By retiring each theme variant after six months, maintaining exclusivity and making sure your keepsake is as unique as your story. Check out our Viking Man Portrait for more individual options.
