It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

It's perfect for daughters, moms, or anyone who's enchanted by the romance of yesteryears. Those seeking ultra-modern, minimalist designs might not find it to their taste.

How Do We Bring Victorian Whimsy to Life?

After you upload her photo, the transformation begins with AI-based face-swapping technology, artistically refined by our expert artists to ensure a life-like appearance on a museum-grade canvas. We pride ourselves on discarding approximately 1 in 12 generations if the likeness isn't perfect — all to meet our high standards.

Why Choose Our Whimsical Canvas Over Others?

Unlike generic portrait canvases, each piece is a custom creation, blending personal photos with historical elegance. We rotate themes regularly, keeping your choice exclusive and standout. This level of customization ensures no two portraits are alike — hers will be uniquely her own.
