It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Thrives in Victorian Splendor?

This portrait is ideal for women who appreciate the beauty of Victorian fashion and historical elegance. It's a hit for mothers, grandmothers, and anyone who dreams of living in a period drama. Those who prefer minimalistic modern art might find it too ornate for their taste.

Crafting Victorian Elegance

Your Victorian portrait begins with your photo, meticulously transformed by AI for initial face-swap accuracy. After this, our artists step in, refining every detail to match the sophisticated flair of the Victorian era. Our quality control discards about 1 in 12 attempts, ensuring only the best make it to canvas.

Why Choose Our Victorian Portrait?

Unlike traditional canvas prints, each Victorian Woman Portrait is a singular creation. We rotate themes every six months, making your piece exclusive. If historical romanticism appeals, our Romantic Couple Canvas also falls in line with this aesthetic.
