It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

How We Craft Your Victorian Gentleman Portrait

We begin with a photo you provide, which is transformed using AI-powered facial recognition and artist refinement techniques. Our team, led by our experienced head of production, Maya, ensures each piece passes quality control. We reject about 1 in 12 portraits to maintain a high standard. Final art is printed on a museum-grade canvas, ensuring durability and longevity.

Why Choose Our Victorian Gentleman Portrait?

Unlike a generic canvas print, this one-of-a-kind portrait combines state-of-the-art technology with artist craftsmanship. Your image is uniquely blended into a Victorian setting with bespoke elements like a personalized suit and backdrop, offering exclusivity — this theme retires bi-annually to ensure rarity.
