It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This portrait is ideal for couples channeling the grace of Victorian times, perfect for anniversaries or weddings. Ideal for those whose hearts dwell in history's charm. However, if your taste leans towards minimalism, this might not be your fit.

Crafting Your Regal Masterpiece: Methodology

Your journey begins with a photo upload, followed by an AI-assisted design phase that captures your essence against a regal backdrop. Our artists then refine each detail to perfection. On average, we discard 1 in 12 drafts to maintain our high standards.

Why Our Victorian Portrayal Trumps the Ordinary

Unlike generic canvases, this one-of-a-kind creation ensures that your faces are beautifully integrated into the elegance of Victorian backdrops. We retire themes every six months, ensuring your piece remains exclusive.
