I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn His Day into a Comic-Book Adventure

Picture him standing triumphant against a sprawling city skyline, cape flowing in the sunset breeze, with powers that leap from the canvas. This isn't just a superhero portrait; it's a scene straight from his favorite storyline, where everyday reality meets epic fantasy.

With bold colors and dramatic landscapes, this portrait captures the dynamism of city nights and heroic feats. Ideal for those who carry strength and courage in their daily lives, it's a tribute to the superhero spirit that refuses to back down.

TL;DR: This custom superhero portrait transforms any man into a hero against a dynamic city skyline. Perfect for celebrating everyday strength and adventure.

Which men feel at home in superhero capes?

This portrait is ideal for men who see the superhero in themselves — whether they're dads who tackle everyday challenges or friends who've always had your back. Not quite right for those who prefer subtlety over spectacle; they'd steer closer to our Ocean Guardian canvas.

How do we create city-fighting heroes?

Our creation process starts with your photo, seamlessly blending it with dramatic city aesthetics through AI face-swap technology, before an artist meticulously refines the details. According to our head of production, Maya, we discard about 1 in 12 attempts to ensure justice to your hero's vibe.

Why settle for just any hero portrait?

Unlike typical superhero prints, each city skyline portrait is unique to the subject — complete with retired designs that keep your piece exclusive. It’s personal, making your hero the center of their own adventure.
