It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who really shines in a Sci-Fi Woman Portrait?

This masterpiece suits women who love epic sci-fi tales, dreamers captivated by the mysteries of the galaxy, and fans of legendary women warriors. If she's more into realistic portraits, this energetic style might not fit her taste.

How do we craft her sci-fi saga?

We start with your chosen photo and transform it through advanced AI face-swap technology, adding the iconic lightsaber. An artist then refines the details, ensuring the magic of her expression stands out. Interestingly, 1 out of 12 artworks are discarded due to imperfect face-locking—a commitment to only delivering the best.

What sets this apart from other sci-fi arts?

Unlike regular sci-fi canvas prints, each portrait is uniquely crafted to capture the muse’s essence, retiring themes every 6 months for exclusivity. It's not just an art—it’s her personal legend.
