It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting Your Vision of Tomorrow

Your journey begins with an uploaded photo, which our advanced AI transforms into a sci-fi hero likeness. This digital vision is then enhanced by skilled artists, ensuring facial features remain true-to-life. We discard about 1 in 14 drafts to maintain accuracy, before printing on museum-quality canvas.

What Sets This Sci-Fi Experience Apart?

This portrait is more than an ordinary print — it's a scene where you're the star in an imagined universe, built on your likeness. Unlike generic options with random faces, here your identity stands boldly front and center for an authentic, personalized artifact.
