I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Her Majesty Loose on a Desert Canvas

Imagine her surrounded by a serene, arid landscape wearing a luxurious blue gown, shimmering jewelry glistening in the sun. The Royal Desert Canvas captures not just her beauty but the essence of her strength and elegance against a desert backdrop.

Made with incredible detail and museum-quality craftsmanship, this portrait elevates her image to timeless royalty. It's a stunning reminder of her unique elegance.

TL;DR: A regal canvas portrait perfect for the woman in your life who radiates royalty and elegance against a desert scene. Ideal for birthdays or special celebrations.

Which Women Will Shine in a Royal Desert Scene?

This Royal Desert Portrait is a brilliant fit for ladies who appreciate the finer things in life and enjoy being highlighted among the sun-kissed sands of a desert backdrop. Particularly cherished by those who fancy historical themes or grand gestures on special occasions. Not the best choice for those seeking something more contemporary.

How Does the Desert Royal Portrait Come to Life?

Each portrait begins with a customer-uploaded photo, transformed through an AI-augmented process that artistically integrates your image into a custom royal desert theme. Our dedicated artists refine every detail by hand. We reject about 1 in 12 portraits if the facial integration isn't flawless.

What's Special About Our Desert Royal Portrait?

Unlike typical generic portraits, this one-off digital masterpiece features a royal desert theme that blends personal elements with a unique royal setting, ensuring that your gift isn't just another canvas. The 'Desert' theme retires every six months to maintain exclusivity.
