It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which women will love a Renaissance transformation?

This portrait is tailor-made for women who appreciate art, history, and the elegance of the Renaissance era—like moms or daughters who treasure meaningful decor. It’s not a great fit for minimalists or those preferring modern art styles.

How do we craft your Renaissance masterpiece?

Our process begins with you uploading a photo. It undergoes a careful AI transformation to align with Renaissance aesthetics, followed by meticulous artist touch-ups. We discard about 1 in 12 attempts to ensure each piece perfectly captures the timeless essence before printing it on a museum-quality canvas.

What sets this Renaissance portrait apart?

Unlike generic portraits, each Renaissance canvas is a unique blend of personal photos and period artistry, ensuring no two are the same. Once a theme is retired after 6 months, your piece becomes a truly rare artifact.
