I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Love into a Swashbuckling Adventure

Ahoy, lovebirds! Embrace the high seas with a custom pirate portrait that's all about your daring duo. Complete with pirate hats, sprawling ocean waves, and the ever-essential compass, this canvas brings your adventurous spirit to life.

Picture you and your partner as captains of your own ship, navigating romance and open seas. It's a playful, bold gift that stands out as much as it warms hearts — perfect for those who think X marks the spot to their love story.

TL;DR: This is a vibrant custom pirate couple portrait on canvas, designed for adventurous and playful partners ready to celebrate their nautical romance.

Which couples are daring enough for the pirate life?

This portrait is ideal for couples who love the romance of the high seas, perhaps those who enjoy pirate festivals or simply have a shared adventurous streak. Not recommended for those who prefer traditional, understated artwork.

How do we craft your personalized pirate canvas?

Your uploaded photo undergoes a digital transformation, swapping faces into our detailed pirate-themed template. Our head of production, Maya, personally ensures the final touch is flawless, though about 1 in 12 iterations are reworked to perfect face alignment. Finally, printed on museum-grade canvas, it’s ready for the gallery wall or your cozy nook.

Why choose our pirate portraits over generic art?

Unlike generic prints, our pirate portrait is one-of-a-kind. Once a design ships, it's retired within six months, ensuring your piece remains unique. The detailed pirate elements — from swords to compasses — aren't found in mainstream décor.
