It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Nature's Elegance in Your Portrait

Embrace the tranquility of the great outdoors with our Mountain Woman Portrait, where your essence is reflected against majestic peaks and lush fields. This theme uses a palette of earth tones and sky blues to evoke peace and calm, making it perfect for those who cherish their connection with nature.

We particularly adore how this setting transforms a simple photo into an artwork of timeless elegance, capturing the independent spirit often seen in lovers of the wilderness. It's a statement piece that radiates authenticity and grace.

TL;DR: A Mountain Woman Portrait is a custom canvas made for women who find joy and peace in nature. Ideal for birthdays, retirements, and those who treasure a serene home environment.

Who will love a serene mountain canvas?

This portrait is for women who effortlessly combine beauty and strength, much like the silent majesty of the mountains themselves. Perfect for solo nature lovers or for celebrating personal milestones like a new home in the mountains. Admittedly, it's not for those who lean towards bold, urban aesthetics or prefer a flashy interior design vibe.

How do we craft your mountain masterpiece?

We begin by transforming your photo into a digital draft using AI face-swap technology. Subsequently, a skilled artist refines the image, embedding it into a serene mountain backdrop. Our head of production, Maya, discards about 1 in 12 generations, ensuring only the best becomes your canvas. Each piece is printed on museum-grade material, ready to enrich your space.

What sets our Mountain Portraits apart?

Unlike typical canvas prints that repeat overused designs, this is distinctively yours. After 6 months, we retire the theme, ensuring its rarity. It's more than just decor; it's your personal ode to nature's serenity.
