I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Heroic Valor: A Portrait for the Brave

Our Heroic Valor Portrait transforms your cherished photo into a stunning tribute to military courage and dedication. Imagine your loved one against a backdrop of dramatic skies and the flowing American flag, symbolizing bravery and patriotism in a single canvas.

This portrait features authentic military uniform details and a commanding cityscape, making it a perfect honor for active servicemen, veterans, and those who embody a heroic spirit. It's a vivid commemoration of their dedication—etched on a museum-quality canvas.

TL;DR: Capture the valor of military life in a custom canvas portrait, ideal for honoring servicemen, veterans, or anyone with a heroic spirit. Perfect for celebrating service and patriotism.

Who should get a Military Heroic Portrait?

If you're looking for a tribute that truly honors the brave individuals serving your nation, this portrait speaks volumes. Ideal for military personnel and veterans who take pride in their service. However, if the recipient prefers a more subtle tribute, one of our other selections such as the Military Mother-Child Portrait might be more fitting.

How are Heroic Military Portraits Crafted?

Starting with your uploaded photo, our process includes an AI face-swap to convincingly integrate military regalia and American icons. Our artists refine each image for authenticity before printing onto a museum-grade canvas. It’s worth noting that about 1 in 12 images don't pass our strict quality checks and are redone for perfection.

Why Choose This Military Portrait Over Others?

This isn't just a generic portrait—each one is a one-of-a-kind tribute, featuring custom settings and military nuances. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our Heroic Valor theme retires after six months, keeping it exclusive.
