I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This custom Impressionist Woman Portrait captures the timeless elegance of the woman you cherish, making it ideal for art lovers and special occasions.

Who shines in this Impressionist style?

This portrait is perfect for wives, mothers, or grandmothers celebrating milestone birthdays or anniversaries. With its ethereal touch, it flatters women who appreciate fine art and history. If your recipient prefers bold, modern styles, this serene impression might not be their cup of tea.

How do we create this serene transformation?

Our process begins with your photo, transformed through AI-powered face-swap technology to lay the foundations. Post-AI, our artists enhance each detail using scientifically correct lighting and genuine paint-like techniques, discarding nearly 1 in 12 generated images to ensure a museum-grade finish.

What makes these Impressionist portraits unique?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this is a bespoke creation. Our Impressionist portraits are more than just pixel-perfect; they're imbued with individuality, retired after six months to ensure exclusivity and rarity in the market.
