I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Halloween Magic in Every Portrait

Dive into the playful eeriness of Halloween with a portrait that turns your family into festive figures amidst glowing pumpkins, bewitching hats, and charming haunted houses. Think vibrant colors, a sense of mystery, and seasonal enchantment.

This unique creation is perfect for families who await October with bated breath and want to immortalize their love for the spookiest time of year. It's all about quirky charm and togetherness, captured on museum-quality canvas.

TL;DR: This is a custom Halloween family portrait, perfect for families who adore Halloween and want a unique keepsake. Vibrant, spooky, and full of charm.

Which Families Truly Transform into Halloween Art?

This portrait suits families eager to celebrate Halloween with a twist, especially those who enjoy seasonal decorating or lively themed gatherings. Perfect for parents who want to capture their young ones' excitement. It may not suit those seeking a more traditional, non-themed canvas.

How Are Halloween Portraits Crafted?

Upload a cherished family photo and our AI technology begins the transformation, reimagining your faces into Halloween elements. This isn't just AI; each piece undergoes artist refinement, ensuring every detail pops. Though about 1 in 12 versions don't make the cut, it's all for quality control.

What Sets Our Halloween Portraits Apart?

Unlike stock Halloween prints, this portrait is a one-of-one — a genuinely personal creation. We choose to retire themes like haunted houses periodically to keep each artwork rare and special, ensuring yours stands out.
