I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Love in Gothic Elegance

Step into a world draped in shadows and elegance, where romance meets the mysterious charm of the gothic era. This custom portrait envelopes your shared moment in a vintage aesthetic, complete with rich velvets and ethereal lighting.

Perfect for couples who revel in the darker, timeless side of love, this canvas transforms your favorite photograph into a scene reminiscent of centuries-old tales of passion and mystery.

TL;DR: Our Gothic Couple Portrait is perfect for couples who love vintage aesthetics and dark romance. Ideal for anniversaries or engagements, it transforms your photo into a museum-worthy piece.

Is a Gothic Portrait Right for Your Relationship?

This portrait is a standout for couples deeply immersed in gothic culture or those celebrating an anniversary with a twist of dark romance. If your home features lots of sunlight and bright, modern aesthetics, this piece might not blend seamlessly.

How Do We Turn Your Love into a Gothic Masterpiece?

We begin with your chosen photo, seamlessly integrating it into a gothic setting using AI face-swap technology. Artists then refine details, rejecting about 1 in 12 generations to ensure your faces lock perfectly with the scene's ambiance. Finally, it's printed on a museum-grade canvas.

Why Choose Our Gothic Portrait Over a Standard Canvas?

Unlike generic canvas prints that could sit in any store, this gothic piece is bespoke, carrying your unique essence. We only offer this theme for a limited time before retiring it, keeping it exclusive and special, like your relationship.
