It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Portrét zobrazuje vás a vašeho partnera oblečené v luxusním tmavém sametu a saténu, zvýrazněném elegantními viktoriánskými detaily.

Enthrall in Timeless Gothic Romance

Imagine stepping into a world where shadows dance by candlelight, and love is forever enshrined in the gothic architecture of an otherworldly realm. This custom Gothic Couple Portrait captures you both as enigmatic and timeless lovers, cloaked in elegance against a hauntingly beautiful woodland backdrop.

Wrapped in the mystique of a dark romance, this canvas is perfect for those who seek a perpetual embrace that transcends time. The palette of deep maroons and shadowed blacks evokes a timelessness, highlighting the subtle yearning of eternal love against a gothic landscape many dream of but few ever touch.

TL;DR: The Gothic Couple Portrait is for couples who revel in timeless vampire romance and gothic elegance, capturing your love in a uniquely haunting art piece.

Is the Gothic Vampire Look Your Romantic Dark Fantasy?

This portrait is ideally suited for couples who thrive on the allure of dark romance and those celebrating Anniversaries with a penchant for gothic themes. It's not for those who prefer minimalistic or pastel aesthetics, as the dramatic style and intense colors are central to its charm.

Crafting the Perfect Gothic Aura on Canvas

Your photo undergoes a meticulous transformation starting with AI face-swap technology to create a vampire persona that artistically integrates gothic attire. With each submission, approximately 1 in 12 generative attempts earn the canvas, thanks to the discerning eye of Maya Chen, our Head of Production. The final touch is hand-refinement on museum-grade canvas, ensuring a spooky yet romantic atmospheric quality.

What Makes Our Gothic Portrait a True One-of-a-Kind?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this custom gothic portrait becomes a living testament to your unique love story. Only your faces grace the digital brushstrokes of our Vampire landscape, making each piece unrivaled and exclusive—the ultimate treasure for those who dare to embrace eternal passion.
