It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

An Eerie Elegance for Your Love Story

Step into a world where shadows tell a story of romance, where elegant attire and evocative lighting create a fantasy that’s as timeless as a Gothic tale. Each detail in your customized couple portrait echoes the mystique of the Gothic era—something even Emily Brontë would envy.

This isn’t just any portrait. It's a moody masterpiece that invites admirers to linger in the details, to lose themselves in the artistry of your love's dark yet enchanting narrative. Perfect for those allying with mystique.

TL;DR: Capture your love in Gothic elegance with a custom portrait. Perfect for couples drawn to dark romance and sophisticated home décor, this canvas makes an ideal anniversary or engagement gift.

Could a Gothic Portrait Capture Your Love's True Essence?

This portrait is tailor-made for couples who relish in subtle theatrics—a Baroque drama incarnate. Nouveau Goths celebrating their unconventional distance love find their aesthetic soul captured here. It's not for minimalists or vibrant mural seekers; darker is your color.

How Does a Portrait Embody Gothic Elegance?

Your image morphs into a Gothic narrative through a face-swap aided by AI. Our artists, guided by production head Maya, refine each component touched by AI—a seamless transfer. Despite rejections on 1 in 12 designs (because the face doesn’t 'lock'), what emerges is pure dark romance.

How Does This Stand Out Among Gothic Portraits?

Unlike generic Gothic prints, each canvas is uniquely you, and our themes are retired semi-annually to maintain exclusivity. It's not just a portrait; it's a coveted piece of art that whispers tales beyond the visible.
