It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Love's Dark Elegance in Candlelit Scenes

Step into the shadows of your own gothic narrative. Our Gothic Couple Portrait brings your relationship into a world of moody romance, framed by dim candlelit chandeliers and velvet draped backgrounds. It's for those who see the beauty in dark elegance, celebrating love stories that might just rival Dracula's own.

Imagine embracing your partner amidst a tableau of rose petals and vintage lace, where every glance is an ode to timeless romance. This art piece isn't just a portrait; it's a story, a whispered secret between lovers captured forever on a museum-quality canvas.

TL;DR: Capture your unique love story in a moody, romantic Gothic couple portrait. Perfect for anniversaries and engagements.

Is a Gothic Couple Portrait Right for Your Love?

This portrait is a must for couples who treasure the dramatic romance of Gothic literature and art. Think of those thoughtful anniversaries where only the most unique token will do. However, if you prefer bright and airy themes, this may not be your scene. Gothic is an embrace of the shadowy sides of love.

Crafting Your Gothic Story on Canvas

Every portrait begins with your photo, capturing the essence of your love. Through advanced AI combined with skilled artistry, we infuse your images into candlelit scenes. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each piece meets exacting standards, yet we reject 1 in 12 due to lighting or integration issues, keeping only the best for your wall.

Why Choose Our Gothic Portraits Over Others?

Unlike a generic canvas print, this isn't just a photo slapped onto a background. Each piece reflects your unique story, breathing life into the scene with a touch of dramatic flair. Our themes evolve — after six months, old designs retire to maintain their rarity.
