It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who embraces the allure of floral portraits?

This portrait is for women who revel in the beauty of romantic floral arrangements. If she appreciates a garden's grace or the quiet elegance of roses, she'll love this. Not ideal for someone who prefers modern or abstract art themes.

How are these floral canvases crafted?

Our process starts with your photo, which undergoes a sophisticated AI-enhanced face-swap. Experienced artists add delicate rose and floral embellishments, refining every detail before it's printed on premium museum-quality canvas. We discard about 1 in 12 attempts to ensure every portrait captures that nuanced elegance our clients expect.

Why choose our Romantic Rose over others?

This isn't your typical mass-produced canvas. With the Romantic Rose design, each piece is an exclusive rendition, intertwining personal memories with floral artistry. Our themes rotate every six months, maintaining the rarity and uniqueness of your gift.
