I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Rule Your Realm: Epic Fantasy Portraits

Transport your relationship into a realm of epic narratives with our Fantasy Couple Portrait. Imagine yourselves adorned in majestic armor, seated on a regal throne, ready to rule your own legendary tale. The intricate detailing in the armor and the lush fabrics of the gown bring a tangible sense of grandeur.

This isn't just a portrait; it's a tapestry of your shared adventures, perfect for couples who find inspiration in the mythic and the magical. Whether you're celebrating an anniversary or simply want to capture your shared essence, this portrait immortalizes your love story in a bespoke fantasy setting.

TL;DR: Turn your photos into a custom fantasy couple portrait, with thrones and all. Perfect for anniversary gifts or fantasy enthusiast couples aiming for a legendary touch.

Which couples make the ultimate fantasy heroes?

Crafted for couples who see their relationship as legendary, who love the allure of fantasy worlds filled with wonder and adventure. Ideal for those marking milestone anniversaries or simply wanting to honor a shared passion for fantasy. Not for those who shy away from the bold and dramatic.

How is your fantasy world crafted?

We start with your uploaded photo, using state-of-the-art AI for initial transformations. Our artists then refine these to capture genuine emotion — about 1 in 12 face swaps get discarded during this process due to mismatched expressions. The result? A museum-quality canvas that captures your epic love story.

Why choose this fantasy portrait over others?

Unlike typical fantasy art prints, where replication is common, each of our fantasy couple portraits is utterly unique. We retire themes every six months to ensure your saga remains exclusive, giving you a piece that truly belongs to your world alone. There's nothing generic here.
