It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This Fantasy Portrait Right for My Son?

Ideal for adventurous young boys who daydream of mystical forests and embracing new roles as magical heroes. If your child loves tales of enchanted woodlands and brave quests, this portrait will be a hit. However, if he’s more into reality-based art without whimsy, this might not be his cup of tea.

How We Create Magic on Canvas

We begin with your uploaded photo, using AI to seamlessly blend your child’s face into a carefully crafted fantasy scene. Our intricate process involves refining this design with expert artists, ensuring the final version is both magical and convincing. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 creations when the face just doesn't mesh perfectly, maintaining our high quality standards.

What Sets Our Fantasy Portraits Apart?

Unlike generic kids' fantasy prints, each portrait we create is utterly unique, incorporating your child's likeness into a one-of-a-kind enchanted scene. We retire the theme every six months to ensure its uniqueness, making it truly special.
