It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Your Dog's Charm to Life in Rainbow Hues

Imagine your beloved canine pal prancing through a vibrant dreamscape, surrounded by the hues of rainbows, flowers, and lush grass. Our Whimsical Rainbow Canvas transforms this vision into vivid reality, creating a stunning portrait that captures the essence of joy your pooch brings.

Whether it's for you, a friend, or a family member, this canvas immortalizes a pet's playful spirit in a spectrum of colors, making it a cherished keepsake for any dog lover.

TL;DR: This custom dog portrait on a whimsical rainbow canvas perfectly captures the joyful essence of your furry friend. Ideal for pet enthusiasts who adore colorful art pieces.

Is This Whimsical Portrait Perfect for Your Pup?

This portrait suits pet parents who see their dogs as vibrant, joyful souls and want to display that energy in artistic form. It's not for those seeking classic, muted pet portraiture—the colors here are bold and lively, much like active, playful canines.

How Do We Craft This Whimsical Marvel?

Each portrait begins with you uploading your dog's photo. Our AI handles face positioning, while skilled artists refine details to create a vivid scene on a museum-quality canvas. We discard about 1 in 15 digital renderings when color harmony isn't spot on—ensuring only magical ones make it to print.

Why Choose This Canvas Over Standard Pet Portraits?

Unlike generic dog portraits, this canvas is an explosion of color and joy, tailored specifically to your pet's likeness. Each theme is retired after six months to maintain its exclusivity and uniqueness—your piece is truly one of its kind.
